Spa Policies Fall 2016
A credit card is required to reserve all spa services. *All services are paid for at the time of service with the exception of all food orders, which must be paid for in full, at the time of booking. Peak hours are often late afternoons and weekends, so book as far ahead as possible in order to ensure getting the particular time, day and therapist you want.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for the appropriate time necessary to complete paperwork, as well as conduct your consultation prior to beginning your service.
Each service will start and end according to the time reserved. Your therapist is reserved especially for you and your designated treatment, kindly note that we will try to accommodate any late arrivals as best as we can however, we may be unable to provide the full service in the time remaining.
Due to our 24-hour cancellation policy, you will still be held responsible for the full service fee, while missed appointments will incur a 100% service charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Checks, Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa, Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Spa Week gift cards.

Cancellations and Appointment Changes
We require a credit card when booking an appointment. Changes to or cancellation of your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance (48 hours for multiple booked sessions) to avoid a 50% charge for the session.
Our concierge team will give you a courtesy reminder call 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
Our spa policies are meant to ensure the utmost quality service is provided for all of our treasured guests.
We kindly request that all patrons honor our courtesies.
Anyone having a treatment under the age of 18 must have written consent and be accompanied
by a parent or guardian in the treatment room, unless considerations have been made prior to guest arrival.
Gratuity is not included in your service. If you feel you would like to show appreciation to your therapists, you may add a gratuity while checking out. The normal rate is 20% of the full menu service price.
Professional quality spa products are available for purchase to continue your spa experience at home. For your convenience, products may be shipped nationwide.
It is extremely important to disclose all health information on our intake forms to ensure your safety. Be certain to include all health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs so that we may provide the best possible service.
In order to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa, we kindly request that you silence your phones upon entering the spa and refrain from speaking on your phone around other guests.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.
Your comfort is important to us. During your treatment, please let your therapist know if you would like special attention in a particular area or feel any discomfort.
We are pleased to offer a military discount of 10% OFF of a regular priced menu service or item, to honor our service members. This discount applies to Active Duty, Active Reserved, Retired Military, Retired Military Reserve and their immediate family members. A valid military ID card must be presented by the military member, spouse or immediate family member to obtain the discount.
